Bill Brannan received the
William G. Onsted Award
For assisting FMS’ Credit Administration Division in
government wide efforts to improve agency
management of real property inventory.
William has worked as financial advisor for many fortune 500 companies in areas such as stock offerings, bonds, private placements, and other specialized corporate finance and financial management services.
During his tenure with TSM, Inc., he developed a new security that enables privately held companies to access the capital markets through a specialized bond instrument. This security instrument, called Collateralized Bonds, is still actively traded on Wall Street today, after nearly twenty five years since its introduction in the market.
